The Penthouse Check-in: 16:00 Check-out: 10:00

The Duplex Check-in: 16:00 Check-out: 10:30

The Compact Coastal Crib Check-in: 15:00 Check-out: 11:00

Do I need to complete check-in before arrival?

Yes, we kindly ask all guests to complete the online check-in form before arrival to help avoid any delays.

What should I do if there is an issue when I arrive?

If anything falls below expectations upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is smoking permitted at the property?

No. Smoking and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited inside and around the property.

Can I bring additional guests?

All overnight guests must be declared prior to arrival.

Are noise levels monitored?

Yes. A Minut device monitors decibel levels only to help maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. No conversations or audio are recorded.

Can I receive deliveries during my stay?

Food deliveries are permitted. For parcels and online shopping deliveries, we recommend using local Amazon Lockers.

Are makeup towels provided?

Yes. Makeup removal towels and cotton pads are provided. Please avoid using the white bath towels for makeup removal.

How should I care for the kitchen surfaces?

Please do not place hot pans directly onto worktops. Trivets and chopping boards are provided for your use.

What should I do before checking out?

Before departure, we kindly ask guests to: Leave at the agreed check-out time Close all windows Turn off lights and small appliances Leave the fridge and Wi-Fi routers switched on Turn heating down to 16°C Wash dishes Strip beds Place used towels in the laundry basket
