Please complete the online check-in form in advance to avoid any delays.

If anything falls below expectations when you arrive, let us know immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

During your Stay 

To help everyone enjoy a smooth and comfortable stay, please note the following:

No Smoking or Drugs

Smoking and recreational drugs are not permitted anywhere inside or around the property. 

Guests:

All overnight guests must be declared prior to arrival.

Noise:

Please keep noise to a considerate level at all times. A Minut device monitors decibel levels only (no audio recording). 

Deliveries:

Only food deliveries are permitted.

Please use local Amazon Lockers for parcels.

Towels & Makeup

Makeup removal towels and cotton pads are provided. Please do not use white towels for makeup.

Kitchen Care

Do not place hot pans directly on worktops. Use trivets and chopping boards provided.

When You Depart

To help us prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask that you:

• Depart at the agreed check-out time

• Close all windows

• Turn off lights and small appliances (leave fridge and routers on)

• Turn heating down to 16°C

• Wash dishes

• Strip beds

• Place used towels in the laundry basket
